Hola! We hope everyone is healthy at home, especially the kids (although they seem to be the least vulnerable to this virus).
They probably have a ton of energy now that their activity is limited, so here is a bit of Jiu-Jitsu homework for them!
This workout should be suitable for both parents and the kids (even the youngest group) - do it together if you can!
