In the second session of our intro course we are looking at a variation of RNC froma standing postion. In this case we start by facing our opponent and utilise a tehnique called the Arm Drag.
Once we make our way to the back via the arm drag, we switch to a hold from the back and bring our opponents head behind their hips to sit them down and apply the RNC.
Note that in this case we are not falling down ourselves but rather just lower on one knee, keep them bent forward as we secure the strangle hold.
